A little more hoppy (on the citrus side) than expected for a pale ale, nice pour with a fairly consistent and dense head. Smell is intense citrus, smelled it from a distance as soon as it hit the glass. Very smooth carbonation, feels round.

A nice little extra from SebD
Hazed orange colour, one finger of white head, a bit of lace. Smell is tropical and quite fruity, lots of dry hops, citrusy, a bit of white grapefruit and tangerine and lemon to a lighter degree, a bit of biscuity caramel as it warms. Taste is hoppy, citrusy and tropical but not as bright in taste as in the nose, still a good deal of tangerine, lemon, grapefruit and a bit of mango, big dry bitterness mid palate before finishing with some semi sweet malts and underlying caramel, hoppy aftertaste. medium dry carbonation, medium-light body. Pretty good, much better than I had anticipated actually, something that I would not pass up again if offered.

Bottle: Poured an amber/orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit and citrus hops is very enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by tropical fruits notes with some solid notes of citrus hops with light residual sugar notes with light dry caramel malt presence. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very enjoyable and refreshing for style.
