Bottle: Poured a hazy dark brown color bock with large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with brown sugar notes is pleasant. Taste is somewhat sweeter then I had expected with some caramelized malt and some brown sugar notes that are more dominant then I had expected. Body is fuller then I had expected with good carbonation. Doesn’t necessarily stand out and maybe a tad sweeter then I would have liked but interesting nonetheless.

Pas exceptionnelle mais bonne pour le style. Caramel très intense. Léger arrière gout amère de réglisse noire. À essayer. En quantité limité; achetée au dépanneur chez Gibbs
