Bottled one and a half month ago, so it's fresh enough for me!
Nice dark golden/light amber color with a really small white head but with lots of lacing, and good carbonation visible. Smell of fruity hops mostly, grapefruits and oranges are noticeable, also a nice malt aroma too, some sweetness from it is present in the nose. With the nose I kinda expected it, but it's more of an English IPA than an American one. Still has a nice taste, it starts slowly with the sweetness from the malts, I think there's some toasted malts in the too. Then when you swallow it it gets fruitier and you feel the hops, at has a nice tropical finish. It feels like a good mix between English IPA and American IPA, not bad.

Cloudy orange-light amber color. Large initial three-finger head. It settles slowly and in a rocky fashion (a dome forms at the end). The lace is webby, but not chunky.
Sweet malt with a pleasant floral hop kick. Attractive and inviting even if it doesn't "say" IPA.
The flavor starts with a neutral pale malt base. The hop takes over near the swallow but doesn't overwhelm. The body is very rich and the carbonation is very low. This creates a strong, full-bodied beer. I think the combination of all of the above works really well, particularly for a bottled beer. As a beer judge mentor said to me, "would you grab another?" The answer is absolutely yes.

The beer color is copper with some orange color in it. Veiled beer. Nice head thrones on top of it. The aroma is dominated by fruits with light notes of caramel. Its the same with the taste. A medium bitterness is present. It taste more orange than any other agrumes. This one would gain in getting more balanced between the hops and the caramel malts.

I had very high expectations for this beer, brewed in May and purchased in Montreal in June, but it is much more "British" in style than American - which to me is a disappointment.
500 mL bottle pours a hazy orange-hued amber. It has an oily look and a small white head that disappears quickly, with an altogether low carbonation level. Aroma of caramelized malts with copper and faded hops, which is surprising after just 6 weeks. A real earthiness and barrel element to the aroma, with no sign of the "west coast hop" or typically "American" spectrum. The flavour is more enjoyable with a nice tropical fruit blast near the finish. It starts with a raw malted barley that I associate with scotch or wee heavy beers, but transitions to the more traditional pineapple and mango before a lightly bitter finish.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy orange color to it with quite a bit of sediment floating around. It has a small off-white head that dies down moderately and leaves some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of floral hops, some citrus, caramel and alot of buttery notes.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has a some floral hops, citrus, an earthy bitterness, sweet carmelly malts and some buttery notes. A little too malty for my liking.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with decent flavors and aromas.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep orangey/amber color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrus hops with nice floral undertones and light earthy hops notes. Taste is a mix between some earthy hops with some citrus hoppy notes that are well balanced against some caramelized malt notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Quite enjoyable though even more hops would have balanced that huge malt backbone.
