Bottle from Sherbrooke.
Slightly hazy deep yellow color with a huge bubbly white head that leaves lots of stickies on the sides. Lemony wit beer spiciness with plenty of pine and citrus hop to counter. Huge hop profile with the crushability of a wit, great summer beer, I wish I had bought more.

Light golden appearance. Fairly transparent. Good lacing and head retention.
Aroma of citra for sure. Tropical smelling. Nectarines and other sweet citrus fruits poke their heads. Maybe a bit of lemon. Not really getting any Wit type aroma.
Definitely the Citra takes the lead. Everything that was present in the aroma also comes through on the palate. Malts really take a back seat but are there to support the beer nicely. A slight , and I do mean slight, beady flavor is there. I get just a bit of some kind of spice... Maybe just a touch of clove but I would never guess this was a Wit IPA.
Good mouth feel. Substantial body and slightly creamy/oily.
I let this sit in my fridge for too long. The hop presence was still great after 2 months but I never suspected the beer to be this good. Great beer overall but I really don't get that many Wit characteristics.

A Witbier/IPA hybrid brewed in collaboration with 6 local beer stores including my local spot, Flaveurs d`Ici.
Poured from a 500ml. bottle, bottled Aug. 5, 2013.
Appearance: Super massive stark white head that fills almost the whole glass. Slow in receding but nice to look at. Body is totally hazy and the color of lemonade.
Smell: Crisp orange peel, sharp lemon, Citra hops shine with some good citrus fruit. Constant and engaging aroma.
Taste: Notes of mint, spices, hoppiness comes on midway, bit of lemon peel rounds things out to remind me of the Wit influence. Aftertaste has a good hop bittering.
Mouthfeel: Strong, medium body, styles mesh well.
Overall: Works for me. Refreshing and interesting.
