Copenhagen 27/7 2025. 50 cl bottle from TineVin, Holmbladsgade, Frb. S. Purple label with a fellow smiling dumbly (as if he bought a low alcohol beer by mistake).
Pours clear mahogany with a big frothy white head. Stable. Settles as a big lump of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity and sugary odor with a more subdued sour scent. Plums and white sugar. A bit artificial. Whiff of sour grains.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a moderately strong souish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sugary.
A very sweet cup of fruit kvass.

I do not want to spend time writing this Review, but still decided. This creation called beer of course difficult, carbonated drink, not more. Beer bought a wife, and I just decided to try it. I believe such a solid pivarni producing such products, simply to discredit itself in the eyes of the beer community. I want you to cook a liquid boil, but do not call him a beer, and do not classify it as a drink of beer, it is not respect for the entire history of the world brewing !!! This is only my opinion !!!
