Served cool from 500ml bottle into Veltins pilsner mug.
L) Dark red_brown, slight cloud, dense off-white head 2cm at first, but reverts to a solid 5-6mm.
S) Sweetish raisin-like malt aromas.
T) Sweet start overtaken by some bitterness imparted by roasted malt. Definite fruity tones. Nicely balanced.
F) A bit of fizz, a bit of weight from the ABV. Having it cold so it is fairly refreshing. No harsh aftertastes.
O) A nice dark bock lager, recommended.

Light brown medium head, coppery or amber, sticky on tongue and fingers, sweet and malty. Mellon, hazelnuts, dark chocolate and caramel. Metallic, medium body low carbonation, aftertaste brown sugar, citrus, plums and tobacco. Bit disappointing to me, just average beer, after meat meal.
