Dark golden color, with a not to white foam, quite beautiful, not too much,
Malty smell, cereals, almost a bit of biscuit. Background hop, grassy, decent.
At the taste it is malty, and quite hoppy. Not bad.
Not light body, maybe even a bit too much for a pils.
Hoppy aftertaste, good, bitter, long.
Pleasant.

i must say i'm quite impressed. although i question their beer making. i don't know if this is german. there may be sugar added... the pilsner runs a bit sweet. i would say taste is more bohemian. nice clear golden with a good head of tight white bubbles. some lace. nose of apple and citrus and pollen sweet honey floral. with a well balanced palate. but i must say that it had the quality of a good pilsner after the sugars start reacting after some time in storage. very nice balance though. a must try while in poland. top 5% as of polish beer goes.

This was the first beer that I had here. It was served in their mug with a big off-white, foamy, frothy, textured head and lots of lace. Color was a very clear, bright gold. Aroma was nice with malt ing the background and fresh hop up front. That's followed by a bit of perfume, which was pleasing. Flavor's the same with the hop having almost a hint of skunk and much more bitter. Very good body and carbonation. Finish is structured like the rest of the beer: a little sweet up front followed by a lingering bitter tang. Very good beer. I sat outside on their patio on a warm day and this beer was just perfect! Easy session beer.
