another great one and i would recommend even better if you let it sit for a few weeks in one of those regular bottle caps carry outs. nice brownish orange with about 2 fingers of head. a nose of apple, toastiness, and smoked malt. but subtle. palate is just that with a nice body of sweet fruit and the smoke seems to have a nice stack must. smoke has a leather acidic salt quality... and a finish of stale apple and brisk bitter. great beer.
