Very dark amber color, almost mahogany. Cream colored foam, average, some bubbles.
Malty smell, light toasted, dustiness. Nothing too interesting.
The taste is not impressing, too. Some caramel and toasted notes.
Quite useless after all, not dry at all.
So and so.

So, so take on a soft stout… Light roasted notes with the characteristic, and perfunctory sour-fruity sense of Cervezas Artesanas...
Presentation: 33 cl brown capped bottle. Somewhat elaborate label in blue and dark colors where the silhouette of bats flying against an exaggerated full moon. Side notes main characteristics, intent, and ingredients alongside local and organic certificates. Notes best by date 20/07/12. Served in a tulip glass.
A - Hazy deep brown pour with a fair frothy head, moderate retention, fair surface memory with some touches of lacing.
S - Fruity sourness… With the faintest of roasted insinuations..
T - Which follows in the palate with a predominant bitter sourness, faint roasted undertone… The bitterness has more to do with the yeasty-hoppy edge than the malt. Unusual, off-style but drinkable...
M - Light-medium body, with medium-high carbonation, tingly pushing the brew up almost exactly like their other brews...
O - It can be had but it is not even remotely close to what one might expect in the range of any stout…
Notes: In fact it is a bit of a let down as it feels like a minor aesthetic variation from their base brewing. Plenty to brew ahead as these ales really take shape…
