Pours a very clear yellow, with lots of bubbles streaming up. Aroma, is a lemon, Chardonnay, peach, melon, and slight funk. Taste- pretty clean up front. The. A real wash of orange, lime, peach. Has a medium amount of sour bite. Has a lingering citrus sweet/sour. The hops add almost a wet hop type of freshness to this beer. Mouthfeel carbonated fairly strongly. Overall- I really think they nailed it on this one. Nice little punch of sour and fruit flavors that don't shock the palate. Easy to drink.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with persistent white head that leaves nice lacing. The nose is very brett forwards with moderate funk, some citrus fruit notes including grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine. The hops play nicely with the brett in this. The taste is well balanced and refreshing. Hops come up front with notes of fruit again which give way nicely to the funky brett and a slight tartness. Moutfheel is light and well carbonated. Overall, this is a nicely executed brew. I typically not a fan a beers involving brett and aromatic hops, but this one strikes a nice balance.

On tap at the 2014 Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest held at the Paso Robles Event Center in Paso Robles, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, earth, spice, and Brett aromas. Taste is much the same with fruit, spice, earth, and Brett flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of Brett bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
