poured 16 oz can into snifter.
A - It looks like a amber/copper liquid with a 2 finger white head. Very nice retention and spotty lacing.
S - A nice hoppy aroma of citrus and tropical. The combo of citra and galaxy stands out. Tropical notes of kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit. Citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Mellow sweetness from the caramel malts lingers.
F - Bold and hoppy from all the resin. The most dominant flavor is citrus, with the tropical notes filling in. Grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, and some passion fruit. Caramel is in there, but this stays on the bitter side.
M - Medium feel with great carbonation. Oily and bitter on the palate.
O - A very nice seasonal IPA from SK. It is very flavorful and assertive. I love the combination of hops in this one. Indiana has some excellent IPAs.
