Served in an IPA glass
This beer pours reddish orange in color and is slightly hazy. It is topped with several inches of beige head that leaves some nice lacing.
The first thing I smell is pine. Then I pick up some orange and grapefruit.
Grapefruit and pine tend to dominate the flavor. Some other citrus flavors are present.
Medium mouthfeel and highly effervescent
I was not a big fan on the first couple of sips, but it grew on me about halfway through. The beer warmed and the flavors and aromas opened up to give off some more citrus to compete with the pine.
