It’s a decent strong ale, worth trying if you come across it, but too oaky and whisky-forward IMHO.

A Belgian style black ale aged in whiskey barrels.
Light tan head. Nearly black, since it is a black ale, with no light transmission and it looks like it might be rather thick. Subtle, sweet dark roasted grain, underlying a whiskey aroma. Medium bodied, sweet dark caramel malt and whiskey , makes up the taste, with a lasting, boozy glow, to the finish.
