Cream Dream III: The Search for Hops is a West Coast Style IPA. It is the third time around for our Cream Dream Series and is more or less a conduit for the hops. CDIII:TSFH is hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial which lend heavy grapefruit, mango and tropical fruit flavors.

i believe this is from the last keg of a brew introduced a few months ago. picked up at the brewery 72 hours ago.
poured from the growler to a sun king shaped pint glass a crisp and clear translucent copper with a super light and foamy two finger off white head leaving lace all the way to the rim.
great big aroma of floral and citrus hops.
very nice and refreshing, big citrus, tropical, grapefruit hops forward, followed by a sweet muskmelon after.
smooth, creamy, hot, medium bitter mouthfeel.
drinkable ? depends on how long you plan os staying in one place after drinking...
