APPEARANCE: Hazy amber, big foamy off-white head and attractive lattice lace.
NOSE: Tropical fruit, juicy pineapple and orange. Very nice.
TASTE: Fruity, smooth, juicy up front with some pine notes at finish. Tangy and solid.

16 fl oz. can, best by 03/21/23. These just landed in my area, but I digress.. Seems like Sun King Brewery has opened up closer to my state of Illinois, can reading 'Brewed and canned by Sun King Brewery, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Sarasota, Flordia'.. "Hazy IPA" doesn't tell us what hops were used.
Poured to a Duvel tulip.
Pours a very nice crisp golden orange body. Big fluffy finger of white froth, leaves excellent spotty lacing behind. Body is 'Hazy' in the sense that there is some sediment visible in the glass, but not what I would call "New England" or juicy by nature.
Smells super fresh & floral. Clean, earthy, herbal, floral hop presence. (Mosaic? Citra?) Classic soft aromas of pine, citrus, orange pith, grapefruit.
Taste follows - super delicious, flavorful, & balanced. Bready biscuit malt presence couples so well with the fresh floral hop presence. Perfect level of pine, fruit, & hop bitterness.
Feel is suuuuuper smooth. Crisp, clean, drinkable. Not overly bitter, piney, or resinous. Not bone dry on the finish. Excellent carb with excellent easy-drinking at 6.60%.
Overall , excellent, but I would equate this one more to an awesome pale ale / typical IPA than i would 'New England' style, but then again no one seems to know the difference today anyway....

Enjoyed on tap at the Sarasota, FL outpost location and now reviewed from a 1/2 growler pour.
Pours out w a medium haze and leaving a bunch of fine lace/sheeting all up and down the glass.
Earthy and fruity sniff.
Tasty NEIPA, lite tropical fruit notes, with mango and assorted stone fruits coming to mind.
Worthy, everyday kinda brew.
