From the Sun King website: "We took a pound of Centennial hops per barrel and dry hopped a small run of Osiris with them".
IBU 50

I just got this growler home from the brewery about 15 minutes ago, pretty excited to try it. Pours a medium gold with a little off-white head. Smells hoppy, slight citrus, pine and a little sweetness. Taste is a weird combination of citrus fruits and pine, doesn't work well together at all. There's some sweetness in there as well, and a strange bitter finish. Body is medium and drinkability is low, definitely NOT a drainpour, but if I was at a bar I would only order one, whereas I am stuck with a 64 oz. growler of it. This is hands down the most disappointing Sun King brew I've had. I'm a big fan of their Osiris and a huge fanboy of all of their specialty beers, well except for this one. I have to give them credit for constantly pumping out new beers though.
