16 oz can split into 8 oz taster glasses.
L: SRM 5.5 pours almost clear amber with a slightly soapy 1/2" off white head that recedes to edge froth, semi-light carbo, medium-light sticky webby lacing.
S: Grapefruit zest, melon, caramel malts, cookie dough, distant hard candy sugar.
T: Slightly rich citrus, mango, melon, resin, grapefruit zest, moderately bittersweet, resinous linger with background malts.
F: Gently brisk then lightly juicy with a medium bodied mouthfeel that has a long lightly dry finish.
O: Easy to drink at 10% ABV with really no alcohol burn. Nice balance and blend. It is very good in its style.

A - Deep copper orange pour with an uber dense creamy layer of creamy foam resting on top. Carbonation is light and steady.
S - Aroma is dominated with juicy grapefruit aroma and some graininess from the malt.
T - Grapefruit, mango, papaya, along with an underlying sweet caramel malt base to hold up a hefty hop bill. There's a slight bit of spicy citrus rind buried deep underneath.
M - Big, thick body with an almost silky texture, minimal pricklies hit the tongue as they fight through this thick liquid.
O - Very drinkable with an incredibly well-hidden ABV.

Pours a nearly clear golden copper color with a rich, creamy light tan head that provides beautiful ropes of lacing and a nice little cap on the body of the beer as you enjoy it. Gorgeous WCDIPA.
The nose is dominated by a HUGE grapefruit aroma that is remindful of freshly sliced grapefruit, but there’s also a bit of pine and mango, and more than a bit of caramalt. Wow.
The taste is likewise dominated by grapefruit flavors, but there’s a nice balance with mango, resiny pine and the requisite bitterness, and a firm hand from the caramalt, plus some alcohol warming from the 10% ABV. Absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and very dry, fitting the WCDIPA style. This exceptionally well done, IMHO, especially if you enjoy grapefruit-forward IPA’s.
