This beer was specially brewed for GenCon a week or two back. I found this on draft at the JW Marriott. Tick.
This beer poured a light bodied chestnut brown in color with a nice one finger, very smooth and creamy beige head. The nose is pretty simple. Dark malt, bready, and toast. The flavors are dry and bready. It reminds of the bread that they serve at Outback of all things. Strange descriptor but true. It's dark malt with slight sweetness and a subtle hop character. It's decent. It drinks drier than I would have expected but being a brown I appreciate that additional aspect. It has nice flavor for the style. This is a pretty solid beer.
