Grabbed at the brewery a couple months ago. Opened the growler and poured cold today to a shaped sun king pint a crisp, fizzy, translucent copper with a long lasting white head.
Aroma of bready yeast and lemon rind.
Medium bodied, big carbonation, tart to the palate, dry finish.
Big bready yeast up front, tart lemon, graham cracker (?), cherries. Subtle heat after.
Enjoyable and true to style.
