Served on tap at FOBAB '12. Logged from notes. The apperance is deep maple and clear with light white head and decent lacing. Nose feature creme brulee, coconut, cotton candy, cherry, caramel, and vanilla. Tons of sweet things going on here with that nice PVW coconut character. Taste is sweet with cherry, caramel, and vanilla making up the majority of the flavor. The sweetness is a bit heavy handed here, bt lots of nice flavors. Mouthfeel is thick and lightly carbonated. Almost syrupy. Overall, a delightful aroma but a bit too sweet on the flavor.
