Pours a light, yet full, copper color and is topped by a thin pale head. The aroma is earthy, with hints of pine, grassy grain. The taste is surprisingly neutral. There is some balancing bitterness in the finish, but not as much as I was expecting. The flavor is a mix of tart hoppiness and a light grain character./ This beer had one recipe version that was much hoppier (made with amarillo hops) and I believe a bit stronger. This version was far better than the regular version. The regular version is a nicely quaffable English style pale ale, which would perhaps best be served on cask.

Lt gold color. Small head. Aroma is fruity and slighty sweet. Full bodied Pale Ale .Mildly malty. Smooth flavor. Good hop/malt balance. Mouthfeel is round and smooth. Finish is very clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. A nice mild English style Pale Ale
