A: Poured a somewhat clear yellow, darker yellow with a slight hze/cloudiness. It initially appears with a nice white cap which fades into minimal lacing
S: Some citrus, wheat and a dose of flowers. Simple and straightforward. the booze was masked pretty well. Assuming this somewhere around 8%ABV just by nose
T: Initial taste is some wheat with a copious amount of, perhaps Cascade hops, which provide a blend of floral and critrus punch. It has a nice light bittering finish with a hint of sweetness.
M: Medium bodied, well carbonated, not overly sticky and cloying like many wheatwines.
O: Not to shabby IMO.
