Wonderful. On nitro at the Burgundian. Has an astringent, gin-like underpinning from the peppercorns. Lots of oaky tannins make it drier than the other Dark Star infusions. The nitro gives it a smoother mouthfeel. Many complex flavors here - cocoa and coffee in addition to the expected hazelnut and pepper. I did not think this combo would work, but it definitely does. Very nice.
