Bottle from HomeBrewStuff. Clear golden, active carbonation, huge fluffy head. Malty, grainy aroma, gets fuller in taste. Delicious! Only knock against this is it could use a bit more hops on the back end. Pretty tasty though.

22oz bottle poured into a pilsner glass.

Appearance is light straw. Fleeting head with some lacing.
Smell is bread, yeasty, with a hint of spicy hops.
Taste is clean, crisp and balanced, again with a hint of spicy hops.
Average body and carbonation for the style.
Very refreshing, great with Mexican food or after mowing the lawn.

Poured into a pilsner glass. Pours a light golden amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to patches with no lacing. Aroma of light bready biscuit malt and pilsner hops, lightly floral. Flavor is bready, lightly grainy malt, European style pilsner hops with the same light floral note as the aroma; finishes with a slight, quite nice touch of caramel and lingering biscuit grains and floral hops. Medium bodied with good carbonation. I was almost convinced that I had moved on beyond pilsners, due to the more intense IPAs and pale ales that I drink more frequently, but this brought me back around. The start is pretty much classic European pilsner, with both Czech and German hop flavors, but the finish has a fuller flavor profile that cuts the classic sharp pilsner grain and hop edge. This is a solid, very drinkable domestic pilsner. Nicely done. Apparently a slight hop tweak to the standard Fremont (unnamed) pilsner.
