Pours a three finger head, color is straw and hazy. The aroma was very fruity, got serious pineapple vibes and other tropical notes. The mouthfeel was light and creamy, carb was just right. Not overly hoppy but did have a bright hop finish. Overall an excellent hazy west coasty IPA for sure - a definite must try if you dig this style.

Poured from a can to a glass
L: a nice hazy orange. Kind of in between a hazy IPA and a west coast IPA, color wise. Like it got halfway there and stopped. Still a nice color.
S: heavy pineapple up front. I got a lot more smell from the can then from the glass
T: each sip is better actually. I didn't think I liked it at first, but three sips in, I'm starting to enjoy. The pineapple comes through, but there is almost a strawberry taste on the back, followed by a happy dryness to finish.
F: feel is very nice. Juicy and creamy up front with a light drying sensation on the back.
O: this beer grew on me. Maybe it needed to "open up". It has a good flavor profile that I wasn't ready for. I heard its discontinued so maybe I'll hang on to a couple to show my friends in a few years (it will be gross by then lol). Overall, if I see this beer again, I'm not sure I'd buy it. But if someone gave it to me at a party, I wouldn't be disappointed at all.

I guess they brought it back to life. Packaged on April 27th '20. Can design is like Peter Max - bright colors and lots of them. Hard to miss this can on the shelf. Can says to check the web site for more details. We got a hazy, golden yellow pour with a stiff foam head. Moderately strong aromas of fruit and yeast. Dominant hops, not bitter or astringent. Pretty good balance, nice fruity aftertaste, not sweet or heavy. Seems a pretty good offering from Fremont.

A great entry in the haze craze. Pretty enough, pale straw and a hint of lacing. Great nose, really full and fresh and open, fruit forward. And the taste is great too. Fruity and juicy, yes, but more bitter and edgy than most hazy IPAs, which is a very nice change of pace. Fremont does some very nice work and this is no exception.
