Turbid yellow/lightly orange pour the colour of peach flesh. Nice little soapy white head. Quiets down to a ring and galaxy formation quickly.

Nose is all funk. Country mouse barnyard in a big way. Maybe a hint of fruit on the corners, but this is all the wild yeast front middle and back.

There's a decent amount of funk to the flavour as well, but it's wonderfully balanced with a light sweet juiciness that isn't undeniably peachy, but it's definitely the peaches. The funk parts for this light sweetness before closing back in on the back end and enveloping the finish with a nice lightly sour funkitude.

Really well balanced between the pervasive funk and the sweet juicy peach. Medium body with a decent amount of carbonation that fits the style well.
Goes great with the bowl of peaches I'm presently eating.
I'm into it.

Light peach colour, unfiltered and opaque, pure white head with a minute retention.
Fruity sour aroma, touch of oak, very clean.
Tastes of fresh, juicy, pulpy fruit, with a bracing sourness and slightly oily feel that's couple with a fine, fizzy carbonation; mustiness in the finish, almost moldy - in an interesting way; doesn't take long for sourness to mellow out, and the juicy fruit becomes clear and prominent, so pure and fresh, of apricot and peach (not in a fuzzy peach sort of way, this is a true sour)

Love the freshness and purity of the fruit flavour, even if it's not distinctly peachy - in fact, love it because it's not distinct. Delightful balance, intriguing feel and flavour. Wine drinkers might appreciate the subtleties and refinement.
