Poured from a 16 ounce can into a IPA glass.
Look- Straw, hazy, some visible sediment, white frothy head, average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Tropical, melon, herbal.
Taste- Citrus, melon, slightly spicy, slightly watery flavor.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation.

Quite hazy yellowish brew with long-lasting foam in the Jewbelation glass. Light and fruity in the mouth. Sweet and sensual, a girl in a cashmere sweater. I think of watermelon with a touch of apricot. Aroma of peach with a squeeze of lemon.
The carbonation is fine and fizzy, and as it finishes a little drier— I think of a more fruity Brut IPA. It would be a champion in that category. This is quite pleasingly drinkable, and if less challenging than some of this series it's one I'll keep a few more around. Bottom of the can notes packaged date 12/16/19. From the 16 oz can purchased at a Bevmo.

these beers just keep on coming! this is maybe one of the least impressive, or rather least distinctive to me, due to the high proportion of mosaic in it, it is less dramatic and interesting, just because its so familiar already. its also one of the clearer and more drinkable of these i have had, just a little bit of haze to it, but still pretty bright and mostly clear from the tap under a high inch of airy white head. its very fizzy and lively, has a lesser body than it seems like a lot of them have had, and its really a drinker more than a thinker. just a trace of onion character and greenness to the hops, but more in the nose than the flavor, where things like pineapple and sweet orange take over, this almost drinks more like a pale, more balanced even though its not malty, maybe its the lack of bitterness, maybe the combination of hops, it just doesnt quite pop the way most of the others in the series have for me, as good as it is in overall quality. i think we are coming up against some real limits to what idaho 7 can do as well, i know everyone is using it and cramming into their hoppy beers as fast as they can, but its starting to seem a little one dimensional, the way citra can by itself. the difference for me though, is that citra when combined with others can take on new life, and really by dynamic and different, where as i have yet to really see idaho 7 enhanced much by others. not a knock against it, its a killer hop, but it might not be the next mosaic after all. if im noticing this now, it probably means we have two or three more years of idaho 7 everything before it slows down. oh well. this is good, very good even, and i like drinkability, but its not as compelling of a hop profile, at least for me.

Another great addition to this series. It's a classic, if there is one, hazy style that goes down easy. Doesn't quite have the hazy bite other versions have had so it doesn't sit on the tongue.
