375mL bottle served in a tulip. Pale amber color, medium cloudiness, enormous head, and *loads* of bubbles rising to the surface, swirling around the glass. Pleasant saison aroma -- the label indicates Pale Ale with Brett, but also heritage grain, mixed fermentation, and wood-aged. Lots of interesting flavors going on here. A pleasantly pungent Belgian kick, a spicy yeast note, a little bit of chewy unmalted wheat, but an assertive, dry hoppy finish on the back of the palate. A Belgian ale with Mosaic. It works fantastically well.
