Just over a week old.
Pale yellow body. I'm gonna blame the fresh hops for the lack of crisp clarity, though I don't know why. Nice light white foam. Slightly less retention than it initially suggests.
Nose is light and crackery. Some mild rich grass. Maybe a touch of nectar around the edges.
Starts light and sweet with crackery pilsner malts with a warming honey suggestion at the periphery. FH nectar and some earthy/musty hops to support.
Drinkable body with sprtizy carbonation that helps be the bridge between the lighter first step and the swelling of the hops on the back end. That honey suggestion continues to swell and wraps the whole finish in a nice bow.
Makes me curious about other examples using ADHA-1940 hops.
