32oz crowler filled on 2/4/21 and poured into a Teku on 2/6/21.
Pours a 2" fluffy white foamy head. Opaque but almost transparent golden color.
Bready aroma with spicy grass notes and some melon fruitiness.
Sweet bready taste. Slight grassiness and fruitiness in the dry, bitter finish.
Medium-bodied and effervescent. Slightly astringent.
A very good pale ale with an unexpected touch of sweetness to complement the dry, grassy and bready qualities.
