16oz can dated 5/20/21 poured into a Teku on 5/29/21.
Pours 1/2" of white head. Slightly translucent golden orange color. Beautiful lacing.
Aromas of tropical fruit and bubble gum sweetness alongside some pine and grass.
Taste emphasizes sweetness, with a little pine and grass bitterness in the drying finish.
Mouthfeel is effervescent and astringent. Medium-bodied, bubbly, and assertive.
This is an excellent IPA that showcases the Nelson Sauvin hop well. I want more beers like this and Lagunitas Stereohopic Vol. 1.
