16oz can dated 7/6/21 poured into a Teku on 7/16/21.
Pours 1" of foamy white head. Translucent, light straw yellow color.
Aromas of skunky pilsner hops, cracker/biscuit malts, and fruity bubble gum.
Taste follows the nose, with the classic pilsner flavor giving way to bready notes. Finishes with berry flavor from the Nelson Sauvin.
Light, crisp, and effervescent mouthfeel. Not very astringent. Easy drinking.
A delicious and refreshing Pilsner. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin hops leads to some interesting nuances in the finish.
