16oz can dated 7/21/21 poured into a Teku on 8/21/21.
Pours 1 1/2" of light, bubbly head. Translucent, pale golden color.
Sweet floral aroma with graham cracker, grass, honey, and lemon.
Starts with heavy flavors of grass and citrus. Quickly slams the palate with bitter flavors in the middle and finish.
Light-bodied like a lager, with low astringency and effervescence.
This beer deceives with its lager-like body and aroma, and hits hard with hop bitterness. A very good example of this "India Pale Lager" style.
