32oz crowler dated 5/29/21 poured into a Teku on 5/30/21.
Pours 1" of fluffy white head. A cloudy straw yellow color.
Aromas of coriander, lemon zest, and grass.
Taste of lemon zest upfront, with lingering spice of coriander in the finish. Slightly funky and refreshing.
Strong effervescence and astringency make this a sipper. Bubbly and light-bodied.
A delicious and refreshing witbier with a nice lemon zest character and an assertive mouthfeel.
