An Italian style pilsner, sold only at the brewery.
Thick 'n' frothy, quickly dissipating white head. Light straw color with a very light haze. A good amount of a mixed herbal essence and a little bit of pine and a mineral like chalkiness, for the aroma. There is a profound medicinal and herbal tinged bite that starts of the taste and lingers throughout the taste, with lightly toasted malt in behind, for the taste.
