BOD 7-12-2023. Have had this beer for a while. Pours a hazy golden color with a creamy head that stays for a while and lacing down half the glass. The aroma is light malts and tropical fruits with some sweetness. The taste is like the aroma with some bitterness that is quite light. There was a fair amount of sediment in the bottom of the glass. Very good beer. Rated 12-9-2023

The usual hazy amber brew with a big foam in the Weston cider glass. Aromatic with apricot and citrus peel. This is totally fruity, moderately acidic, and also as usual, as better than average hazy IPA. Flavors of peach, cucumber, and orange peel. Some malty sweetness along with the sharp tang and a moderately bitter aftertaste. I haven't had one of these Dynomites for awhile but they are generally worth tasting, in spite of the murk. But one is enough. From the 16 oz can purchased down south. Dated 07/12/23.

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, guava), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

nice beer, less unique on the hop side than some, but a real cohesive iteration of this series with a very intentional grain bill, a world class smoothness, and its cool to have it on tap. this is a series i have loved, and even though i have missed a few, ive really appreciate the learnings they have offered about hop varietals, blends, and hop products, and ill keep buying them as i encounter them, i hope they go to a thousand of them! this is still so mosaic forward, even if its supposed to be about strata, which is pleasant but so familiar that this one is less striking. i get pineapple and pineapple candy, coconut flesh, honeysuckle herbal character and a sweet melon note from the strata, it has pink grapefruit and its zest too, intense flash of what i remember about columbus there at the end, some bitterness too which i like, aroma and flavor line up pretty similar overall. for it having some oats and wheat in it, its quite light, both visually and on the palate, which lends drinkability to this. its so soft and creamed up feeling, punctuated by enough carbonation, i love the oily hop linger, the lack of green burn, the fragrant citrus all through it, and the subtle tropical vibes its casting. really pleasant beer, a drinker if less of a learner from this series. id love to see a single hop one with the columbus cryo only!

Draft at Hop & Bottles. Hazy golden pour, patchy head. Light bready aroma with fruity notes. This is very light compared to the series. Subdued, mellow. Taste is ripe, tropical, stone fruit, dry.

16oz can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA, for $3.89. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, this was canned on July 12th, 2023. Been a while since I've had a volume of HFOD in the form of a take-home edition.
Poured into a tekku, this was a very hazy apricot color, with a moderate sized off-white head that dropped considerably over the course of a few minutes and left little in the way of lace.
Fruity hop nose. I get orange, grapefruit, mango, and pineapple.
Fruit forward taste, which I expected. It's a little more complex than in the nose, but is more or less in the same ballpark. A subordinate but nice bitterness comes in midway through the taste and is present at the swallow without then becoming the main event.
Medium bodied, and from the oats, presumably, there is a nice, creamy mouthfeel.
Not a huge looker, like a lot of hazies, but this is one I wouldn't mind drinking another of, as it is flavorful and goes down quite easy.

Pours with familiar haze with a moderately thick head of lacing. Citrus, grapefruit, grainy, fresh, mandarin, mild pine, some earthy and piney bitterness on the finish, enjoyable.
