12oz can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA, for $2.19. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, this was canned on February 1, 2024.
Poured into a glass, this was a clear golden Amber color, with a fizzy off-white head that dropped relatively quickly.
The nose is reminiscent of a not overly sweet orange soda.
Just like the nose, The taste reminds me of an orange flavored soda that has gone light on sugar. There's very little here to remind one of a wit beer.
The mouth feel is rather thin and watery.
This does not taste bad, but it does not taste anything like a whit beer, either. Although Fremont's non-alcoholic IPA was quite good, I'm less than impressed with this.

cool to see one of these that is trying to be neither a light lager or an ipa, and weirdly i drank more non alcoholic beer this week, unintentionally, than i have in my entire life put together, seems like the craft boom in the space is really here to stay, and i think its neat, great to have options to lighten the burden on the body of constant consumption, or for those who abstain all together to have more choices for being social, not critical of it in the least. neat too that universally adored breweries like fremont are in the game, this makes it fun. a lot more orange than wit on this one, but my wife and i both enjoyed it. a slightly cloudy but very light looking pale orange color and with a nice airy inch of white head from the can, approximating the real thing well enough. the nose and taste are identical, really light on the wheat part, some generic malt sweetness through it, but it stays super light in body, almost too light, and the orange is an essence, a perfume vibe to it up front, it lingers a little, is bold in dosage but delicate in its character, which works in here, but i definitely am missing the usual fermentation elements from the style, estery belgian yeast, white pepper and clove type notes, very little if any of that here, although it does get a little more complex as the temperature comes up some. lots of orange, but its summery and refreshing, and this gets dry by the end, cleaner than a lot of the non alcoholic beers ive had, less of that chemical character, not cheap tasting. as a normal wit it would be just okay and perhaps over flavored, but in this category its great. a few tweaks to get more yeast character in the mix and this might becomes the best one of these ive known so far. thankful for the high carbonation and the cleaner finish, solid through and through.

Tavour was offering a mixed four pack of NA beers for dry January. While I didn't receive them until mid-February, it should still be fun to try these out. Fremont's best stuff that I've had has all been pretty high in alcohol, so it should be interesting to see how this one is. Let's dive right in
Pours a cloudy tellow gold with a finger of soapy off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose is almost all orange, basic but I dig it. I’m picking up on aromas of orange jello, orange zest, straw, earthy wheat, lemon zest, raw grain, and a touch of vanilla
It’s more bland in taste but still not bad all things considered. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting orange zest, earthy wheat, honey, raw grain, and light grassy hops. The swallow brings notes of orange jello, raw grain, doughy malt, earthy wheat, lemon zest, and light grass
A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes a tad sticky but dries out over time
Mehh, this is fine, but I’ve had better NA beers
