Thick, creamy and crumpet topped, tan head. Very dark brunette and auburn colored, clear appearance. Rich and mellow, dark roasted grains with a hint of caramel and wood, for the aroma. Slightly sharp, dark roasted grains with a bit of heavily caramelized barley, for the taste. Medium sharp feel.
