Canned 12/16/25. Pour is a very pale straw yellow with plenty of frothy foam. Aroma is clean, but faint, whiff of fresh biscuit dough. Taste is very moderate: hops for a controlled bitterness and soft malts. Medium dry, you do get a smidgen of grain sweetness in the finish. Overall, this is a fine entry to craft beer as well as something to have around for washing down your favorite meal, such as Chinese dumplings. Just 5.0% ABV

Clear pale golden brew with abundant foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Aroma of fruit and grain. This is bready with some cookies in the slightly sweet initial taste. Hints of cherry and pear, even kind of perfumey. Spritzy and very light on the tongue. Overall this is a highly quaffable lighter sort of ale, and a better Blonde by far than the average. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Dated 10/16/25 so it's quite fresh by my standards.
