On tap at Fremont on Father's Day 2013 6.16.13.
A - Served in a snifter. A dark clearish orange with only a few tan bubbles clinging to the glass.
S - Lots of Brett. Some oak and fruitiness.
T - Green apple, Pear, Brett, wood.
D - Mild carbonation with a lighter body.
O - This was "release" two, 100% Brett. I missed the first release. This is the same beer, just with more aging. Getting nice Brett and fruit flavors, but still has a ways to go.
