Pours an opaque dark brown with a nice head that laces up as you drink. Aroma is coffee maybe some roasted nuts. The taste is sweet with strong notes of roasted coffee. Creamy mouthfeel but a little more watery than I was expecting. Overall, a nice drinkable stout with a hint of sweetness accompanying the bitter.

Up front this is brand and kind of watery. Faint, vague roast and not much else. There is a nice, if mild, coffee note that comes out at the end and redeems this somewhat.

Purchased from Territory for $8. Poured into a nonic pint glass.
L - Used motor oil brown. Clear. Wonderful one-finger dark khaki head that retains remarkably well. Fantastic lacing.
S - Dark chocolate, leather, burnt toast. Toffee. Hinting at a note of cedar or walnut wood.
T - Roasted chestnut, chocolate. Pine tar. Getting the leather on the finish.
F - Superbly-dry. Drinkable. Full in body, with plenty of carbonation.
O - An adventure in every sip. Wonderfully put-together. A must-try. I'll absolutely get this one again.

Almost black. Nice, beige head. Coffee and roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted coffee bitterness in taste. Malty backbone. Rather dry than sweet, but still soft enough.
