We wanted to create a beer that would showcase the unique characteristics of experimental hop HBC 692. This hop has a strong floral characteristic that is different from any of the other hops we use. HBC also has notes of grapefruit and guava. This beer also incorporates experimental hop HBC 638 with notes of lemon/lime, honeydew and cantaloupe. There are some unique specialty malts in this beer that give it a more bready character than other beers.
