Picked up a pint sized bottle from the brewery on 8-24-19. Bottled on 8-19-19; consumed on 8-29-19.
Beer poured a pale golden with a very nice whit head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose has light fruit esters with a touch of barnyard; almost saison like.
Taste is pear and pepper forward with a touch of hay in the background. Hopping is balancing in nature, really well balanced.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a really nice beer that coaxed a lot out of the yeast used. This was different for an American brewer to take on. Nice job by MBC!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
