Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of grainy notes with dry hoppy notes is slightly off. Taste is a mix of grainy malt notes with dry hoppy notes but with a weird vegetable notes in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Something went wrong with this one.

Poured from a 16.9 oz bottle into a tulip glass.
Pours a clear amber gold color with a finger of effervescent white head. The head leaves a crown of lacing as it settles into a thin layer of foam.
The aroma brings notes of tangerines, grapefruit, and apricot. There's some grass and doughy malt before a wave of pine on the back.
The flavor follows the nose: lots of grapefruit, tangerines, orange peel, and apricots. There's a nice malt backbone before some earthy grass and a piney finish.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and smooth with a relatively dry finish.
Overall, a great wet hop IPA that is a wonderful showcase of the Simcoe hop. It's pretty straightforward but still drinkable as hell and full of flavor.
