16.9oz bottle, stange glass, bottled 8/15/22.

Diamond clear, gold, voluminous white head. The head is lumpy and picture perfect.

The aroma is as delicate as a flower and clear and precise as a German cast bell. Light sulfur, floral, clean pale malt.

Full, clean pale malt is followed by a tinge of sulfur and then a pronounced jasmine floral hop flavor.

The body is light and carbonation light to medium. It isn’t quite as playful as I’d like, but good nonetheless.

It is almost like a piece of modern art (in a good way). Clean lines, select vibrant colors, simplicity.

Clear straw, yellow body with beautiful effervescent carbonation. Thick white head, which, even after settling keeps a nice layer on top and leaves tons of lacing down the glass. Nose is herbal grass, lime, lemon grass. Taste follows with lime and citrus followed by peppery herbal hops and malt. Medium bodied and delicious

It pours clear and golden in color with a white head. It has very good head retention. It has floral and pine elements in the flavors with pils malt.

so rad to get to have a beer from these guys, few and far between living in the west thats for sure, and this is lovely, as effective as a morning beer as it is as a night cap, which is to say its an all day and all night drinker, any time of day, any time of year, really universal and excellent, the quality is as high as it always is from these guys, and overall this one is a winner for sure. i dont really know these guys for lagers, but this is dope. german style, grungeist hops, sort of keller looking perhaps, like its bright but the clarity isnt perfect, i prefer this a lot of the time, dont mind it at all, and its still crazy delicate to drink, easy, effortless even. blonde and pretty with a real high almost saison looking head, i mean really its airy and the bubbles are tiny and the retention and lace are great, super excited looking, ideal. aroma and flavor of light lemon and lime from the hops, earthy grain that is pils-like of course but less continental than expected, cool minerality to it, husky and hully a little bit, dry but flavorful, cool balance to this. the yeast is old worldy to me but subtle, not neutral but not crazy expressive either, adds enough to this but allows it to stay light at the same time, awesome proportions overall. the attention to detail is high, the flow is nice, its different in each moment its on the palate, its soft feeling but still crazy crisp too, and all the tiny carbonation makes it feel almost creamy, frothed. some good late bitterness here but a lot of flavor from the hops too, green grass, dried flowers, clean citrus way back. the malt has a certain harvest time nostalgia about it, and comes across extremely fresh, unlike a lot of the imports. really well composed beer here, beautifully lagered and technically outstanding on all fronts. cant wait to drink more of this one sometime down the road, gorgeous lager that fits the style but also stands out, love the hop profile, the ferment, and the distinctive malt profile. tip top and underrated.

At the brewery. Very clear straw color, with white head that dissipates quickly. Floral nose with a hint of lemon. Slightly bready taste, easy drinking with not much of a hop presence.

Draft at the brewery
Big pillowy frothy head with good retention, soapy lacing, clear golden straw color

Nose light herbal floral hop, grainy sweet pilsner malt, hint of corn and straw

Taste brings cereal grain, pilsner grainy sweet malt, straw, touch of corn, doughy, light herbal floral noble hop, med to lighter bitterness

Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb

Overall pretty nice

Nice clear, bright golden brew with a bright white cap. What impressed with this beer was the hop/malt balance. Hopped more than a traditional pilsner revealing a tasty lemon citrus bite, followed by a distinct switch to cracker malt. A really great mid-taste transition.
