Brewed with experimental hops HBC 586 and HBC 630 as well as Citra and Centennial, and featuring both pale and wheat malts from Blue Ox Malthouse, this 8% ABV Double IPA is a nice compliment to Dinner and Second Dinner. This DIPA has initial aromas of rose, mango, and honeydew melon, followed by notes of citrus and onion and garlic.

16.9 oz bottle into a tulip.
Pours a hazy orange straw color with a finger of creamy white head. The head has good retention, leaving a crown of lacing before settling into a thin sheet.
The aroma is very floral, even perfume-like. There are notes of oranges, grapefruit, and lemon with some very faint dank onion and garlic characters.
The flavor is citrusy and dank, with some lighter notes of pineapple and mangoes.
The feel is medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. Exceptionally smooth and creamy with a dry finish. Absurdly drinkable for the style.
Overall, this is a great DIPA that utilizes two experimental hops, as well as some good ol' Citra and centennial. It doesn't nearly live up to the level of Dinner, or even Second Dinner, but it's very drinkable and could perhaps end up being a regular in MBC's lineup.
