Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer.
Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passionfruit, and pine present themselves throughout. A very subtle malt sweetness for balance, but this is intended to finish dry. Hops: Falconers Flight, Simcoe.

On tap at Apothecary Ale House in Morgantown, WV. Had this on the same day they had Maine Dinner and Lunch!
Lovely malty and tropical sweet aroma. Nice and foamy head, dissipated quickly leaving a lovely web of lace on the glass. Gorgeous in color! Deep straw and slightly opaque.
This is such a great pale ale! Starts with a slightly sweet tropical flavor them switches over to an amazing bitter pine finish.

Really enjoyed this one. Amazing balance of citrussy hops and malt. Well pronounced but not aggressive bitterness. Nothing is sticking out, and I enjoyed every drop from start to end.

Bright golden amber with a tight tiny bubbled white head that stuck like glue to the glass.
Solid pale ale with a sharp hop bite and less malt character than other Maine pale ales.
Not the best beer I've had from these guys but still better than most.

Pale golden appearance with a scant loose white head, low retention and lacing. Mild notes of grapefruit, kiwi, tea, and pine. Light body and carbonation.

Draft at La Cucina. Pale golden pour, cloudy, slight white head. Citrusy aroma, piney, hoppy. Similar to the Woods & Water, a nice balance of grapefruit and pine, softt, light lingering bitterness.

Pours a clear gold. Thick foam. Crisp aroma. Clean crisp hop body. Light malt finish. A touch of sweetness. Well balanced. Very refreshing. Excellent.
