Straw coled, lightly hazy. Almost no foam.
Very peculiar smell, bretta, citrus fruits, bread yeast, white grapes, grapefruit, light mineral notes.
In the taste even some vinous notes, white wine, quite dry.
Interesting.
Light body, citrus aftertaste, some bretta, again white grapes, yeast (kveik?).
After all, quite good.
