New England Ipa style beer (a style not suitable for this brewery) with Citra and HBC 472 hops and typical local Abruzzo soft wheat, called "Rosciola d'altura", native cereal which grows between 1200m and 1600m above sea level .
Tropical and summer fruit on the nose (pineapple, mango, white peach).
Deep golden color, tending to orange. Quite opaque (much more than usual in Opperbacco beers).
Discreet, soft and tasty foam.
In the mouth soft, almost sweet of peach, apricot entry. Also notes of mango and ripe orange, but above all white peach I can catch.
Very masked alcohol content.
The finish is soft, slightly silky, certainly not bitter, which enhances the taste of fruit in the mouth to the detriment of that sense of dryness that perhaps would have been served after all this "fruit salad" of ripe fruit.
