A bit of a milky appearance.
Not too fresh smell, a lot of elderberry, honeyed notes, a light acacia.
The taste is more interesting, with the right sourness, and the flowers notes present.
The right wild point.
Interesting, quite pleasant. Mineral notes, well managed sourness.
A good aperitif.
